Minimum required Certification: N/A Job title: One sentence description of role Your role: As a Services & Solutions Delivery Specialist within the Parts process you are responsible for making sure that spare parts are available and delivered for our customers and Service Engineers from DX. As a Services Specialist you will ensure quality and functionality of Philips equipment to care of our customer’s needs. Manage service requests and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction on a daily basis. - Receiving POs from customer and Service Engineers for spare parts - Processing POs in the system which ends with an automatic request to the transportation department - Managing invoice disputes on customer requests including issuing credit & debit invoices - Informing customers about delays and interruptions with delivery - Managing customers queries for spare parts such as price requests or follow-up...
