Job Description: WHAT’S THE JOB?: The Janitor is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, sanitation, and overall appearance of public and common areas at a world‑class Dexterra camp facility. This role is essential to ensuring a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for all residents, staff, and visitors. As the site grows from approximately 500 occupants to more than 4,000, Janitors play a critical role in supporting high‑traffic areas and maintaining cleanliness standards throughout the facility.
