Behavioral Neurology Open Rank-Instructor or Senior Instructor ( Job Number: 39114 ) Description: University of Colorado Anschutz Medical Campus Department: Neurology: Job Title: Behavioral Neurology Open Rank-Instructor or Senior Instructor Position #: 00845494 – Requisition #: 39114 Job Summary: The Department of Neurology has a need for an Advanced Practice Provider (Nurse Practitioner, Physician Assistant, or Clinical Nurse Specialist) with strong values and unique skills for our Behavioral Neurology Section. This Advanced Practice Provider (APP) will work in the Behavioral Neurology Section within the Department of Neurology. This is an outpatient position providing direct care to patients with cognitive, memory, and neurobehavioral disorders, including conditions such as Alzheimer’s disease, Lewy body dementia, frontotemporal dementia, and related neurodegenerative and neuropsychiatric disorders. Clinical work is primarily comprised of return visits for patients with dementia, including support of their family caregivers.
