About the Role People systems are the foundation of how organisations hire, manage, and develop talent. We are looking for a Lead, People Systems to define the technology strategy that supports recruiting, people operations, and workforce management. It combines technical systems thinking with a deep understanding of how modern organisations operate. You will build superior systems and infrastructure to support a growing, world class team.
