Job description

Qualifications: - Prepare and maintain sterile field during surgical procedures - Anticipate surgeon’s needs and pass instruments and supplies efficiently - Perform surgical counts (sponges, needles, instruments) per policy - Ensure proper handling, labeling, and care of specimens - Assist with room turnover and case setup - Maintain knowledge of surgical procedures, instrumentation, and supplies - Adhere to infection control and safety standards at all times - Collaborate effectively with surgeons, anesthesia, and nursing staff - Graduate of an accredited Surgical Technology program preferred - Current certification as a Surgical Technologist (CST) - Minimum of 1 year of surgical scrub experience - BLS certification required - Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment - Excellent communication and teamwork skills Work Schedule: - PRN/as needed based on surgical volume - Must be flexible with availability Why Join Us?: Equal Employment Opportunity & Work Force Diversity Our organization is an equal opportunity employer and will not discriminate against any employee or applicant for employment based on race, color, creed, sex, religion, marital statu...
