Responsibilities: Qualifications: - Performing preventative maintenance and repairs on refrigeration units, evaporator coolers, condensers, and HVAC systems. - Proficient in troubleshooting and maintaining plumbing fixtures, electrical circuits, mechanical, and sanitation equipment. - Ensuring optimal condition of the facility by overseeing all cooking and production equipment, including convection ovens, tilt skillets, fryers, ranges, flat top grills, mixers, heat sealers, flight type and door type dish machines. - Documenting repair history and managing equipment inventor...
