Human Resources Recruiter - Programs, California Services The Recruiter - Programs will be responsible for the sourcing and acquisition of long-term talent across our different service settings and organizational systems. The ideal candidate will have prior HR or programmatic experience the field of Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (I/DD). Must have strong public speaking skills, an ability to effectively communicate our mission, and the capacity to attract top-level talent for our expanding workforce.
