About the Role We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Inventory & Logistics Support team member to assist with the day-to-day movement, accuracy and control of stock across the business. This is a hands-on operational support role where you will be responsible for maintaining inventory accuracy, investigating stock discrepancies, coordinating stock transfers and freight, supporting consumable stock management, and assisting with general inventory reporting and administration. The role is fast-paced and would suit someone who enjoys problem solving, working across multiple priorities and taking ownership of accurate processes. Key Responsibilities: - Maintain inventory accuracy across branches and systems - Assist with weekly and monthly stock reconciliations - Investigate stock discrepancies and follow issues through to resolution - Coordinate stock transfers between interstate branches - Liaise with suppliers and internal branch teams regarding stock movements and deliveries - Create and manage purchase orders for consumables and operational stock - Support production scheduling and consumable stock management - Update inventory records and maintain data accuracy across s...
