Description GSF Properties Inc. is looking for a Maintenance Technician III in Bakersfield, CA, come join a dynamic property management team! In this role, you will perform a variety of maintenance functions throughout the community, including unit turns, painting, basic plumbing and electrical work, and assisting with the upkeep of residential common areas, office spaces, grounds, and parking lots. Your efforts will help ensure the property is well maintained and operated in alignment with ownership and management objectives. This position is scheduled for Monday-Friday 8am-5pm. The pay for this position is $22-24/hour.
