Job Description We are seeking a motivated and experienced university and careers counselling professional with strong knowledge of the UK, North American, and European systems. The ideal candidate demonstrates excellent problem-solving, organisational, and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under pressure. Fluency in English is essential, and familiarity with counselling platforms such as Unifrog, ISAMS, or Naviance is an advantage. The successful candidate will have strong interpersonal and ICT skills, along with the energy, resilience, and professionalism required to support students in a dynamic international environment. Key Responsabilities: Manage the university applications and post-school pathways of all allocated Grade 11 /DP1 and Grade 12 /DP2, assisting them with university and apprenticeship applications as well as gap year plans, as required; Run small and large group workshops on university and career-specific topics (such as writing personal statements & college essay, applying to the Netherlands and Medicine in the UK and Europe); Proactively work with Grade 10/M5 students to Grade 12/DP2 through confidential o...
