Job description

SUMMARY: The Research Analyst researches real estate market and property information for the purpose of market intelligence reporting and in support of real estate transactions. KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: - Compiles and maintains real estate market information and property data within databases - Conducts market research to understand and maintain awareness of current real estate market conditions and trends - Compiles real estate market reports and tailors real estate market information and property information reports according to client needs - Researches real estate property and market information including but not limited to real estate properties and property values - Other duties as assigned KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS: - Community college diploma or university degree preferably in business administration - 1 to 3 years of market research work experience - Ability to research and determine appropriate sources of information specifically pertaining to the real estate industry - Ability to conduct market research, interpret findings and provide suggestions on appropriate value for real estate properties - Ability to tailor information and prepare reports according to client require...
