Overview SPRING, TX (THE WOODLANDS AREA - LOCAL CANDIDATES ONLY) - A warm, active family is seeking a PART-TIME NANNY / HOUSEHOLD MANAGER to care for their three children, ages 12 (boy), 6 (boy), and 4 (girl), in a long-term, live-out role beginning April 2026. This position is ideal for a confident, engaging caregiver who enjoys working with school-aged children and can bring structure, energy, and initiative into a busy household. The schedule includes Wednesday and Thursday from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM, Friday from 3:00 PM to 9:00 PM, Saturday from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM, and Sunday from 11:00 AM to 5:00 PM, averaging approximately 26 hours per week, with a guarantee of 20 hours per week. Flexibility is extremely important, as the family’s needs may shift week to week. The family would appreciate support with occasional evenings, weekends, overnights, and schedule adjustments, particularly when one parent is traveling for work. During the summer months, hours may shift to more weekday support and fewer weekend hours, as the children will attend camps.
