You're the energy, the organization, and the leadership that keeps our front-end operations running smoothly and profitably. From sales to service, you're the quarterback of the front desk team, owning the member experience while driving performance in retail, memberships, and personal training appointments What You'll Do: Leadership & Operations - Lead by example—create a welcoming, energized, and polished front desk environment. - Know members by name. Make them feel seen, heard, and valued. - Train and hold Front Desk Associates accountable to club procedures and daily expectations. - Monitor reports, sales goals, and retention metrics.
