Job description

The primary responsibility of the Pastry Shop Attendant is to accurately handle cash register transactions and ensure guests are greeted cheerfully and prepare food & beverages per guest’s request Must be 21 years of age or older - Greet customers at the register and thank customers when they give their order. - Must be able to maintain and follow Dominique Ansel standards and pass company inspections. - Must prepare all orders accurately and in a standardized time for food and beverages. - Must keep the area clean and organized. - Responsible for proper rotation of stock. - Responsible for serving food from the display counter as well as handling retail sales. - Must keep equipment clean and report any maintenance issues to manager. - Must have a current and valid Health Card and understand the importance of first in first out (FIFO) Health safety and security for customers and employees alike. - Must have a current and valid TAM Card (Alcohol Beverage Certification) and understand the importance of alcohol awareness and serving responsibly. - Executes store operations during scheduled shifts.
