Job description

Role Purpose The Sales Support / Operations Coordinator plays a pivotal role in supporting the sales organization by ensuring efficient operational execution, data accuracy, and process improvement. This individual works closely with field sales, broker partners, and internal teams to manage customer contracts, trade systems, reporting, item setup, and deduction reconciliation while driving process efficiency and operational excellence.
