How will you be able to make an impact? At threon, you’ll have the opportunity to unleash your creativity and skills across various aspects of Learning & Development. What can you expect?: Get creative: Adapt and optimize training materials to meet the specific needs of our clients. Design and develop: Support our team and create inspiring training materials yourself. Organize and coordinate: Assist in organizing and coordinating engaging training sessions and workshops. Evaluate and improve: Assess the effectiveness of our training programs and suggest improvements. E-learning modules: Contribute to the development of innovative e-learning modules. Administrative support: Help with administrative tasks, like maintaining valuable contact with our clients as well as scheduling and organizing impactful training sessions.
