THE ROLE: The Operations Agent is a hands-on operational role that combines customer-facing rental service, vehicle preparation, fleet cleaning, and basic sales support. You will support the full customer journey, from preparing and cleaning campervans before departure, to conducting check-ins and check-outs, assisting customers during their rental, and supporting RV sales demonstrations when needed. This role is ideal for someone practical, customer-oriented, detail-focused, and comfortable working in a fast-paced depot environment.
