Recruiting Manager

Job description

The Recruiting Manager will lead the daily operations and performance of a recruiting team supporting hiring needs across multiple Patterson-UTI business units. This role is responsible for ensuring effective and efficient delivery of staffing and recruiting outcomes, managing the conversion of large applicant pools into hires while also driving proactive recruiting strategies to attract both active and passive talent. Reporting to the Director of Talent Acquisition, the Recruiting Manager will lead a professional recruiting team, providing coaching, performance management, and direction to ensure consistent execution and strong hiring outcomes. This role requires a balance of operational discipline and strategic leadership, with a focus on meeting hiring demand, improving processes, and elevating the overall capability of the recruiting function.
