Job description

Minimum qualifications: - Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. - 6 years of experience in product research in an applied research setting, or similar. - Experience in programming languages used for data manipulation and computational statistics (e.g., Python, R, MATLAB, C++, Java, or Go). Preferred qualifications: - Master's degree or PhD in Human-Computer Interaction, Cognitive Science, Statistics, Psychology, Anthropology, or related field. - Experience navigating the complexities of AI technologies to facilitate integrated ecosystems that connect people and products, driving user engagement across platforms. - Experience driving 0-to-1 product development through strategic, human-centered research. - Experience in quantitative research design utilizing various methods (e.g., descriptive statistics, multivariate data visualization, multivariate regression, logs analytics, and text analytics). - Knowledge of qualitative methods (e.g. usability testing, contextual inquiry, diary study, RITE, etc.).
