LPN: Group Home & Residential Care (Full-Time)

Job description

The Arc of Ocean County is seeking Licensed Practical Nurses to provide support within residential group home settings serving individuals with disabilities throughout Ocean County. In this role, the LPN will serve as a licensed medical professional for the agency and may be assigned across multiple programs or locations. Responsibilities may also include accompanying and supporting individuals during on-site visits to local hospitals and nursing facilities when inpatient care is required. Location: Brick, Ocean County: Pay: Starting at $35.60 per hour, with eligibility for shift differentials that may add an additional $2–$4 per hour Schedule: Full-time second shift position, Tuesday through Saturday, 3:00 PM–11:00 PM Under the supervision of the agency Registered Nurse, the LPN is responsible for supporting and monitoring the clinical care of residents, including assessment, care planning, implementation, and ongoing evaluation. Duties include gathering health histories, documenting services provided, and maintaining accurate medication records.
