Your role on the team: - Monitors team productivity in the preparation and filing of client’s drawback claims. - Establishes new drawback clients. - Manages day to day drawback functions - Evaluates current drawback functions and identifies areas for improvement to increase productivity - Maintains high compliance related to the accuracy and filing of drawback claims - Keeps abreast of new CBP regulations and industry best practices - Manages requests from CBP and ensures all are actioned timely. - Initiates and manages start up processes for new drawback clients - Provides training to the drawback team handling new drawback accounts - Resolve problems and implement corrective action What you need: - Bachelor’s degree from a 4 year college or university preferred - Minimum 4 to 7 years relevant experience and/or training; or an equivalent combi...
