Position Overview The Business Technology Lead is responsible for evaluating, selecting, and delivering technology solutions that address business-identified needs across the organization. This role operates as a blend of Business Analyst (30%) and Project Manager (70%), working closely with business units to understand requirements, assess solution options (internal systems vs. external vendors), and lead end-to-end implementation.
