Job description

Minimum qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, industrial engineering, or thermal-related equivalent practical experience. - 5 years of experience in the thermal technology and manufacturing process. - 5 years of experience in quality/reliability and thermal technology. - Experience in statistical product quality control, process capability, reliability, failure analysis, and process improvement. Preferred qualifications: - Master's degree in Engineering or equivalent practical experience. - Certification in Quality (CQE, CQM, CRE, or CQA). - 5 years of experience overseeing yield improvements and cycle time reductions for high volume and high complexity parts.
