Talkdesk is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead the development and expansion of our Industries verticals portfolio. This is a high-impact, strategic role at the heart of our growth strategy, reporting into the Industries zone of our Product & Engineering team. Building on our strong momentum in verticals like Healthcare, Financial Services, and Retail, this leader will spearhead our move into new markets such as Travel, Hospitality, and Utilities. The ideal candidate brings familiarity with contact center and conversational AI software. They will own the full product lifecycle—from market discovery and strategy to roadmap execution—crafting solutions that resonate deeply with each vertical’s unique challenges.
