The Ridgecrest Summer Staff program is designed to give young adults hands-on experience in hospitality, leadership, and ministry support. We offer free housing, meals, and paid positions for our summer team. Summer Staff can expect to work hard, have fun, and grow in their relationship with Jesus! The HR Summer Staff Assistant plays an important behind-the-scenes role in supporting the Human Resources team, Summer Staff leadership, and Volunteer program throughout the summer season. This position helps strengthen communication, organization, and daily operations across campus while creating a positive and encouraging experience for summer staff, volunteers, and guests. This role provides administrative and logistical support that allows leadership teams to focus more intentionally on staff care, spiritual development, and program leadership.
