Junior Crewing Newbuilding Manager (Maternity Cover)

Job description

We are looking for a dedicated and well-organized professional to join our Crewing team as maternity cover, supporting our Crewing Newbuilding activities. Do you want to contribute to the successful execution of newbuilding and vessel takeover projects in a global, high-performance environment? In this role, you will support driving the coordination and delivery of crewing-related tasks that help prepare our future fleet for safe and efficient operations. You will work closely with Fleet Groups, Marine Safety, Fleet Technology, Site Teams, Yard agents, and MPC colleagues to ensure timely, compliant, and well-coordinated project activities. You will be part of a high-performing team responsible for delivering operational crewing support across our fleet.
