This pivotal role is responsible for leading the company's expansion in the federal contracting market. Reporting directly to the Chief Growth Officer (CGO) or Chief Executive Officer (CEO), this position is tasked with developing and executing a business development strategy that aligns with the company's growth objectives. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of federal procurement processes, have a strong track record of securing federal contracts, and demonstrate exceptional leadership and strategic planning skills. Location: This position is hybrid , working on-site up to three days per week and remotely the remainder of the week , subject to change to meet business needs.
