Job Title CAM Analyst Job Description Summary: This position is considered to be a subject matter expert in the operating expense reconciliation process. Responsible to develop, analyze, and implement processes for performing annual Common Area Maintenance (CAM) reconciliations within the Training & Development group. Scope of position includes exercising reasonable judgment in responding to inquiries, accurately entering all property related critical dates and payables information, as well as maintaining accuracy of our technology information systems. Position requires the ability to successfully manage multiple priorities and may be responsible for work for multiple accounts.
