Job DetailsJob Location: NEW Health Administration - Chewelah, WA 99109Position Type: Full TimeSalary Range: $110,200.00 - $140,000.00 SalaryPurpose of Job The Project Director is responsible for leading and delivering the organization’s most critical, enterprise-level strategic initiatives by working closely with the executive team and department leaders to drive cross-functional alignment of projects. The role also ensures major projects are aligned with organizational priorities are executed effectively, on time, and with measurable impact to improve the health of the communities NEW Health serves. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Lead and manage high-impact, organization-wide strategic projects from initiation through completion. Translate CEO and executive team priorities into clear project objectives, plans, timelines, and success metrics. Partner directly with the CEO to provide regular updates, insights, and recommendations on project status, risks, and outcomes.
