Job DetailsJob Location: Family Medicine Associates - St. Joseph, MO 64506Position Type: Full TimeJob Shift: Day Work cooperatively with Northwest Health Services (NHS) providers, supervisors, and personnel to carry out the goals and objectives of NHS according to governing body requirements and established internal policies and procedures. Treat others respectfully whether it is a patient, fellow employee, member of management, customer, vendor or visitor to our premises. Assist CFO with preparation of annual audit, cost reports, annual budgets, and other special projects. Recommend ways to reduce cost and enhance revenue. Research any issues regarding financial matters that may arise. Alert CFO for any unfound discrepancies. Prepare adjusting journal entries for month and annually. Work with CFO to maintain grant fund allocations, worksheets, and draw downs. Analyze any related financial issues as requested by the CFO. Prepare daily deposits. Download and integrate daily commerce bank deposits. Maintain spreadsheet for clinic credit card payments collected.
