As Marqeta's Senior Director, Talent Acquisition , you will play a critical, executive-level role in defining and executing the long-term talent strategy for Marqeta’s workforce. You'll directly influence the structure and growth trajectory of all departments and organizations and will operate as a strategic advisor to executive leadership, translating business strategy into an actionable, enterprise-wide talent acquisition roadmap that successfully recruits and retains the high-quality candidates needed to move the business forward.
