A dynamic and results-driven Sales Team Manager who will oversee a team of Sales Account Managers. The primary focus of this role is to lead and mentor the CounselLink Account Management Team, ensuring they effectively drive existing client retention, capitalize on upselling opportunities, and appropriately align internal & external partners to support the vast array of needs of our valued clients. Additionally, the Sales Team Manager will be responsible for pipeline development and forecast accuracy. The ideal candidate will possess a combination of leadership skills, technical expertise, and a deep understanding of the legal industry. Responsibilities: Lead and mentor a team of Account Managers responsible for managing client relationships and driving sales growth. Develop and implement strategies to retain existing clients and maximize upselling opportunities. Utilize expertise in SaaS Software and Professional Services sales to effectively manage and coach a large team of Account Managers.
