POSITION SUMMARY/OBJECTIVE: The Shipping & Receiving Representative II is responsible for ensuring accurate and efficient order fulfillment of new or used product and equipment that leads to a high level of client satisfaction. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: ▪ Perform daily receipt process by entering into company computer system from incoming UPS and truck shipments. ▪ Perform daily shipping of new or used copier equipment or IT products. ▪ Stage and prepare orders for delivery or UPS shipment. ▪ Enter daily transfers or adjustments. ▪ Perform local deliveries meeting client deadlines. ▪ Ship parts for Technicians daily while meeting deadlines. ▪ Conduct inventory cycle counts quarterly. ▪ Provide backup assistance to other Shipping & Receiving team members when they are out including becoming cross trained in their areas. ▪ Accurately maintain and comply with documentation and administrative procedures in a timely basis to include time entry process. ▪ Attend required company and departmental meetings. ▪ Act in accordance with Marco policies and procedures as set forth in the Employee Handbook. ▪ Perform other related duties as assigned.
