We offer the following position: Service Head & Coordination / Remote Service (f/m/d) , Work place: Belgium Verantwoordelijkheden: - Ontwikkeling en uitbreiding van het buitendiensttechnicusteam in België - Optimale inzet van buitendiensttechnici - Toewijzing van buitendiensttechnici op basis van hun sterke punten - Focus op klanttevredenheid - Eerstelijns hotline-ondersteuning Profiel / gevraagde skill set: - Meerdere jaren ervaring met het leiden van serviceteams in de kapitaalgoederensector, bij voorkeur machines en apparatuur in de (industriële) houtbewerking/paneelverwerking - ideaal zou ervaring met HOMAG-technologieën zijn - Klantgerichte instelling en aanpak - Teamspeler met een gestructureerde werkstijl - Betrouwbaar naar klanten en teamleden - Weerbaar onder druk en in staat om kalm te blijven onder druk - Praktische instelling - hoge intrinsieke motivatie - Interesse en plezier in het opbouwen van een nieuwe Sales & Service Company S...
