The Role: As a Sr. Solutions Architect with Presidio, you will be responsible for designing and implementing ITAM solutions using ServiceNow's SAM and HAM modules. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements, architect ITAM solutions, and oversee their successful implementation. This role requires expertise in ServiceNow platform administration, ITAM best practices, and a comprehensive understanding of software and hardware asset lifecycles.
