University Library Temporary Librarian Pool The Department: The Cal Poly Humboldt Library supports the university’s polytechnic mission by providing access to diverse physical and digital collections, research and instructional support, welcoming spaces for study and collaboration, and resources for student and faculty creation through its Digital Media, Makerspace, and Press services, while also leading efforts to ensure affordable, sustainable, and ethical information access and creation. The Library plays a central role in student learning and faculty research, offering services such as reference support, information literacy instruction, and access to specialized databases and technologies.
