Job Purpose: Be the operational and commercial backbone for our partners, ensuring seamless sales execution, proactive issue resolution, and exceptional service delivery. This role combines operational excellence with active engagement in partner development and sales enablement. You will support three Business Units: Endpoint Solutions, Advanced Solutions and GCC, for partners in and outside Europe, while also contributing to strategic initiatives that drive TD SYNNEX's global success. Responsibilities: 📋 Sales Order & Quotation Management Process and review sales orders and quotations with precision, ensuring compliance with pricing, margin policies, and service levels. Provide accurate and timely quotes to partners, following up to ensure conversion and closure of opportunities. 🔄 Backlog & Delivery Management Manage the sales backlog, proactively resolving delays or discrepancies to meet SLA and customer expectations.
