Reporting to the Lead Hand, the Roofer installs, repairs, and replaces roofing materials systems on modular buildings. The role demands working at heights, physical endurance, a strong focus on safety, and attention to detail to ensure roofing systems are weather‑resistant and meet all building code requirements. Job Responsibilities: Install roofing materials according to manufacturer specifications Gather material needed for assembly of units, Installation of small finishing items Pre-assembly of components, read and interpret blueprints Remove existing roofing materials and prepare surfaces for new installation.
