Job Summary The Marketing Intern will be responsible for performing a variety of professional and administrative duties in support of the day-to-day operations of the Marketing Department. Must be able to adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Essential Duties: Complies with all State and Federal Banking regulatory requirements, including but not limited to: BSA, Anti-Money Laundering OFAC, CIP, Financial Elder Abuse Reporting, Sexual Harassment, Information Security and privacy requirements. This position will elevate suspicious activity to supervisory staff and/or BSA department. Completes compliance and other technical training workshops as assigned. - Provides general support to F&M Bank’s Marketing Department. - Assists with fulfilling marketing materials for branches throughout Long Beach, South Bay and Orange County. - Assists with administrative tasks such as making copies, distributing mail, cutting and mounting posters. - Provides quality internal customer service consistent with the standards of the Marketing department and F&M Bank values, policies and procedures. - Performs all duties in compliance with laws, regulations, Farmers & Merchants Bank policies and proc...
