Position Summary The logistic supervisor will be responsible for planning, scheduling, and managing delivery routes and driver team for distribution center Duties & Responsibilities: Daily dispatch of deliveries and fleet for assigned location within a direct store delivery network. Assigning and supervising driver personnel with a focus on safety/regulatory compliance and controlling and maintaining delivery efficiency goals while meeting or exceeding customer service level expectations. Ensure Delivery Driver SOPs are adhered to Daily reconciliation of routes and driver performance through GEOTAB - Other duties as assigned Education and experience: - High school diploma or equivalent is required, Associates degree preferred - 3 years of recent/prior fleet/driver supervisory/management experience - Previous experience with routing and driver dispatching - Prior driving experience preferred Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Effective communication, including writing, speaking and interpersonal communication Quick critical thinking and problem-solving abilities Keep organization and time management skills Good collaboration and teamwork abilities: Great leadership and goal-setting s...
