Description POSITION TITLE: Patient Support Specialist: LOCATION: HOPE Clinic: REPORTS TO: Team Lead (HHWC & Beltway) or Site Lead/Manager (West, Aldine & Aldine Meadows) EDUCATION: High School diploma or GED; Associate degree preferred.
