Responsible for processing daily deposits and related credits to accounts receivable and appropriate general ledger accounts; communicating with lawyers and billing analysts in identification of cash received for proper allocation against accounts receivable. Provide accounts receivable information to lawyers, billing analysts, and Finance Department staff as needed. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Import and save daily check and ACH reports from online banking into secure folders; record key details in cash logs and monthly reconciliation worksheets, resolve discrepancies, and update Intranet reports, Identify the proper allocation for checks, wires, ACHs, and miscellaneous deposits, Maintain daily cash logs and follow up with bank personnel on unidentified debits and credits, Enter and post cash receipts in the financial reporting system, ensure totals balance to deposits, and prepare the daily Intranet cash report, F...
