The company’s mission is to revolutionize the premium cataract surgery experience by allowing surgeons to partner with their patients to achieve optimized results for every unique eye. OVERVIEW: The Manager, FP&A is responsible for the monthly budget versus actual analysis company wide, including the monthly review with departmental heads, the ongoing business reforecast (quarterly/monthly), annual budget schedule preparation and maintenance (P&L, Cash Flows and Capital), rolling forecasts and ad hoc financial analysis as required. The Manager, FP&A is also responsible for the maintenance of Vena Financial System and ensuring accuracy of the financial statement reporting and compliance with SOX 404 (b). The Manager also responsible for developing and driving partnerships between Finance, Accounting, and all departments while supporting quantitative analysis around RxSight’s key business drivers.
