Segra is searching for a qualified and experienced Senior Order Coordinator to join us in a full-time capacity. Location Requirement: The work arrangement for this role is a hybrid position, requiring a minimum of three (3) days in a Segra office, with flexibility to work remotely two (2) days each week. Role Overview: The Senior Order Coordinator oversees high-complexity orders involving accounts in all verticals, multiple service locations, and custom configurations. The role acts as a subject matter expert for the order entry process and provides mentorship to junior team members. This position works cross-functionally to streamline processes, resolve escalations, and support operational excellence initiatives across the order lifecycle. Required: - Bachelor’s degree in telecommunications, business administration, or related field; or equivalent combination of education and experience - A minimum of 4 years of order coordination, order entry, and/or billing - Must have some experience in the Telecommunications industry or a similar industry - In-depth knowledge of telecom technologies and service offerings - Experience with CRM and Order Management systems - Project coordination...
