Description Position Type: Full-Time, Non - Exempt Department: Mortgage Operations: Reports To: Chief Technology Officer, Mortgage Division Position Summary: The IT Systems Engineer / Project Manager will support and advance our organization’s technology environment. This role combines hands-on systems engineering, project leadership, and end-user support. The ideal candidate is equally comfortable designing and implementing enterprise solutions, managing technical projects, and providing responsive Tier 1 support when needed. This is a critical role responsible for maintaining operational excellence while driving continuous improvement across our IT systems. Key Responsibilities: Systems Engineering & Administration: - Design, implement, and maintain enterprise IT systems (Microsoft 365, Azure/Entra, endpoints, identity, and security platforms) - Administer and optimize cloud and on-prem environments, including: - Identity & access management (Entra ID, Conditional Access, MFA) - Endpoint management (Intune, device compliance, patching) - Email and collaboration platforms (Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint) - Monitor system performance, security posture, and availability - Implem...
