Help get better trained personnel to the front line faster Project Selborne is a Transformational Training programme with a strategic goal of modernising Royal Navy training to deliver “better trained sailors to the front line faster”. As part of this modernisation students will now be given a personal electronic device at the start of their course to help carry out/aid their training . This role will be responsible for helping to facilitate the distribution and administration of the devices. We are looking for 1 person on a part time basis: 1 x role 20 hours a week over 5 days These roles are Fixed Term until March 2027 Job title: Part time Administrator (Mobile Devices) Job Description: What you’ll be doing: - Distributing Personal Electronic Devices and their accessories to students on specified courses. - Maintaining student allocation logs for those devices issued. - Ensuring student profiles are set up on mobile device management system (JAMF) - Setting up and maintaining course profiles on mobile device system - Processing and maintaining new App requests - Ensuring the electronic and physical cleaning of devices on their return from the student. - Responsible for password r...
