Job description

PURPOSE AND SCOPE: Supports FMCNA's mission, vision, core values and customer service philosophy. Adheres to the FMCNA Compliance Program, including following all regulatory and division/company policy requirements. Responsible for managing inventory in the clinical setting. Responsible for key relationships with vendors and forecasting. Creates policies and procedures in for inventory control and forecasting. Manages cross-functional initiatives including the implementation of new programs, initiatives, products and technology. PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Generating an SKU-level forecast for all pharmaceuticals - Incorporating historical and market trends and seasonality - Collaborating with internal stakeholders (Finance, Medical, Procurement) - Collaborating with external stakeholders (key vendors/medical/pharmaceutical suppliers) - Aligning forecast against inventory targets and contractual commitments - Coordinating with replenishment planner to ensure target service levels - Developing and managing the relationship with counterparts at key vendors/medical/pharmaceutical suppliers - Balance inventory against forecasted volumes and refrigeration capacity at clinics -...
