The expected hiring range for this position is: $248,100.00-$341,300.00. Please note that the pay range information is a general guideline only. The pay offered to a selected candidate will be determined based on factors such the scope and responsibilities of the position, qualifications of the selected candidate, business considerations, internal equity, and external market pay for comparable jobs. About the Role: The Senior Director of Environment, Safety, and Health (ES&H) is responsible for all aspects of the leadership and management of Fermi National Accelerator Laboratory’s (FNAL, Fermilab, or Laboratory) ES&H division, whose mission is to enable the Laboratory’s science mission and operations through integrated and effective environment, safety, and health programs. The ES&H Senior Director reports directly to the Deputy Director for Operations (DDO)/Chief Operating Officer (COO) and is a member of the Laboratory’s Senior Leadership Team.
