Job Summary: Provides expert technical support for IT systems, leads complex troubleshooting efforts, and ensures the stability and efficiency of technology infrastructure. Mentors technical and application teams on hardware standards and requirements Creates and maintains standards documentation related to hardware and software solutions including mobile devices.
