Hours: 35 per week: Salary: £50,187 - £55,205 (SCP 41 - SCP 45) JOB DESCRIPTION: As the Partnership Manager, you will be responsible for the development and delivery of a cohesive fundraising strategy to progress submissions and income generation in line with our overarching Strategic and Business plans. This will encompass a full range of fundraising activities from research to submission whilst ensuring compliance with legislation, financial regulations and ethical practice. In addition, the Partnership Manager will develop and deliver Rossie’s marketing strategy by effectively raising public awareness and promote our vision locally and more widely by building strong community links and increasing visibility via marketing methodologies. In all areas, you will work closely with the Executive Head of HR and Organisational Development (EHHROD) to deliver all elements of the job role.
